It's a good strategy when it comes to international travel. Travelling around the world for business or pleasure can be exhilarating and exciting. However it can rapidly become a nightmare when faced with an accident or illness.

People typically spend hours preparing their trip, assignment, documentation and bagage before leaving home but invest little or no time preparing from a health point of view. Sometimes they are already in need of medical care and not fit to go anywhere.
